Almanzo Reclaimed Barnwood Dining Furniture Collection
Reclaimed from barns that once seved America's farmland, these Amish crafted pieces have a rich history. Some of those buildins stood for a century or two. As small farms are replaced and the land is used for other means, many of the barns are carefully disassembled and the wood reclaimed. The lumber is hauled to the lumber handling yard where it is cleaned , then run through a metal detector twice so that the nails can be marked and removed, then it is kiln dried to 7% moisture.
